1000% recommend AZ Sleep and TMJ Solutions if you’re experiencing jaw issues! I struggled with jaw pain for five years and saw multiple doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists, but this was the first place that truly took me seriously. Within just a few weeks of wearing my retainer, my pain improved dramatically. The entire team in the office is wonderful, every visit and even phone call has been such a positive experience. They provide clear information, answer all of my questions, and genuinely know what they’re talking about. I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I’ve received here!

TMJ is a less than pleasant experience. But if you are going to have to deal with it, you want Dr. Sara Vizcarra to deal with it with you. She is beyond knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Vizcarra and her staff are nothing of lovely, and if you are lucky enough, Cinnamon might let you pet her (it helps to get down on the ground with her).

My experience was above all expectations starting with Jen who schedules the appointments to Addy who does all the preliminary records and scans. As a practicing hygienist for 32 years I have not only worn but have recommended night guards all of my career. Dr Vizcarra has made me an appliance to help make me not only feel better but help protect my teeth. I would and do recommend Dr Vizcarra! Her knowledge if extraordinare!!!!

I can't say enough about the outstanding care I've received from Dr. Sara and her staff. I highly recommend them to anyone who is experiencing TMJ issues. I struggled for years with pain in my jaw, constant popping/clicking and sometimes even locking as well as migraine headaches. Her careful analysis and resulting treatment of the problem have really helped. I now wear a TMJ appliance every night which has relieved muscle tension, chronic clenching and additionally reduced the number of migraines to a few times a month. Her ongoing yearly follow-up care ensures that my TMJ issues remain well managed.
