I no longer have jaw pain when chewing and I don’t clench and grind at night while sleeping and my headaches have gone away! I highly recommend this practice and would not go anywhere else!

I love Dr. Vicarra so much, she is kind, caring and listens to her patients concerns. Since going to AZ Sleep & TMJ Solutions my pain has gotten a lot better and so has my snoring. The reason I sought Dr. Vizcarra was because I clench, grind and experience headaches daily. I had no idea that I also had a sleep disorder. Did not want to commit to wearing a CPAP so went with their Dental device instead. After some minor adjustments I now sleep without snoring and most importantly with my sleep apnea under control!
